The Vice-Rector, International Affairs, Irkutsk National Research University, Russia, Dr. Stepan Bykov, on a working visit to Nigeria, has indicated an interest in evolving a working partnership between Covenant University and Irkutsk National Research University. Dr. Bykov said one-fifth of the international student population at his university in Russia were Nigerians, and as such, it was his desire to visit Covenant and see prospective areas of collaboration to work on.

In a bid to strengthen and amplify the need for enhanced democratic practices and citizens' right to adequate information, the United States Consulate in Lagos will be opening an American Space Centre at Covenant University. This was the thrust of the discourse during a courtesy visit by a team from the Consulate to the University Management today, Wednesday, April 19, 2023.

A team from the National Universities Commission (NUC) has heaped plaudits on the leadership of Covenant University for its quality investment in research and the technical expertise needed to drive the kind of research endeavour relevant to the present day.

The leadership of Northeastern University, Boston, United States of America, has indicated an interest in establishing a mutually rewarding relationship with Covenant University. This much was unveiled when the Head of Enrolment of the University, Mr. Frederic Ndiaye, visited Covenant University Management recently.
